My name is Carol Miller. I began going to NOSL approx. 3 years ago. It's the best present I could have given myself. You are greeted so warmly as soon as you enter the establishment. Customer Service is of prime importance to not only the owner/operator, but all of her staff. They answer any questions and take their time, so you are comfortable. I am a perfectionist, and they take the same pride in doing their job as much as I do wanting the fabulous results. Very professional/experienced staff, appointments are on time and facility appears to be well cleaned. I have had several appointments at this clinic and have been very happy with the entire process and results I have received. I've checked around and prices appear to be comparable to other similar high quality service clinics in the area. Certainly would recommend treatments here. Read more
