Bought my first car here. The salesmen were very helpful with helping me throughout the entire process. At no point did any of the salesmen do "dirty" tricks such as encourage me to buy a more expensive car. There was a bit of a hiccup when the dealership's mechanic did not submit the out of province inspection I needed to register the car I was purchasing. However, they made up for this by being very apologetic and even gifted me a bottle of wine!

I bought a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted a loaded one with big wheels. My salesman, Veer, found a Jeep at another dealership. We went through the specifications together and he told me it had 20 inch wheels. I ordered the car and it arrived 2 days later. When I drove it home, I checked and the wheels were only 18 inches. Veer said that the package could come with either 20 or 18, and that was all he could do.
I AM NOT HAPPY.

I have owned a few Honda Accords for over 20 years, I always trusted the Honda dealerships for repairs. After getting some very expensive quotes from the dealerships I decided to look for a reputable Honda repair shop that might have more reasonable pricing.
