Last month Sid and his crew replaced a faulty French drain. The old drain was not draining and was constantly getting plugged. Sid did an initial assessment, discussed the different drain options, fabric options, and how it would be done. A week later they were on site going at it. Sid and the crew kept me informed along the way. They left no surface damage, respected the neighbour’s property and put up safety tape and markers overnight. This was the worst experience ever I called Thursday to get a quote tried to charge me way more then necessary then after telling him what I was quoted through someone else gave me a better price then tried to charge me 25$ on my credit card to hold my booking then arriving for said appointment to find out the person then lost my info and that I wasn't going to get my replacement done but I could booking for another day or go elsewhere needless to say never going back and would recommend the same for anyone else Read more
