My son recently (5 days ago) had jaw surgery to correct his underbite by Dr. Chi Tai at the Scarborough Grace Hospital. From the get go with the consultation, to the final consultation, Dr. Tai was thorough in his explanation and took away the qualms of my son and myself. On day of surgery, he finished on time as he estimated and brought me in to see Kyle who was in Phase I of recovery. He showed me where ICU was and was reassuring me that Kyle was doing fine. Great and welcoming staff. Doctor is perfect, very kind and gentle. He did the best job on two of my teeth and saved a dieing tooth. Great calm office environment. The only issue that I gave them 4 stars is they did not give any promotion regarding first visit and consultation to me. They charged me even for the first visit that was only a consultation session. Otherwise they were great and I recommend them.

Dr. Christa Favot performed what was considered complicated extractions of 2 extremely impaled root fragments, 3 wisdom teeth , and 2 molars. Following surgery there was absolutely no pain and not even a hint of swelling. In fact I went to my daughter’s school barbeque that same evening and stopped taking pain killers the day after surgery.

This is an awesome office! They always have free snacks and drinks and everyone there is super nice to me and my family whenever we go.
