I had a new ignition lock assembly replaced in my 2002 Mercedes SLK320 at Henneken Auto Sales and Service and they did a wonderful job and the price was exactly what they quoted me. When it comes to Mercedes specialized repairs this is the best shop in the Lower Mainland! Hans and Falko were extremely helpful with their no-nonsense approach and repairs. The official Mercedes Dealership would have charged me 3 to 4 times more for this job and they did not even bother calling me back!!! Read more

It was very tight due to another vehicle parked in the way but he skillfully and patiently maneuvered his truck until he was able to get it safely out of there. Both the Customer Care Rep, Melissa, and the Audiologist, Lindsey, were welcoming and friendly. I could not get my ears tested on my first visit because of impacted wax. They advised me on what to do before getting my ears flushed at a local clinic, and patiently rebooked my appointment. Eventually, I was able to get the tests done and earned 150 AirMiles, too. Each time I was there, I was treated like a valued client. I would definitely recommend NexGen Hearing! Read more
