I found the total experience incredible. There had to be about 15 to 18 guys working there and not one standing around doing nothing. Considering it was towards the end of the day the place was very clean with tools all in their place. I really enjoyed watching the show. And yet one of many things stood out, it seemed to me that safety definitely came first in everything they did. They were not only very friendly to the customer but to each other. I went to Kal Tire after getting a flat tire and being unable to remove one of the bolts on the tire. Kal Tire was able to service the vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time and the cost was VERY affordable! Extremely great customer service, everyone was really nice and friendly. They also offer a great follow up service to make sure that the tire change went well and the vehicle is in driving condition.
