My first visit to this shop in Richmond was very rewarding. The shop itself was clean and orderly. The gentlemen I spoke with were knowledgeable, friendly and fair. This gentleman is mainly an appointment basis business, but he definitely did not turn me away when I asked to replace the poorly installed rivets in a sporran belt.
