I am in the Canadian Armed Forces (outside the province) and visit Richmond, ON two to three times per year to spend my leave with my parents. I have rented solely from this company since my parents moved here from Niagara Falls. They have always had a vehicle available, picked me up and dropped me off at my parents home each trip, a lot of times without a reservation. My late grandparents old clock had not worked in years. Not wanting to try and repair it myself , I decided to email Schafer's Clock Repair on a Sunday afternoon. knowing they were not open till Monday , to my surprise I got a phone call in 1o minutes.
Peter Schafer called my while he was sitting at the airport in Calgary ( visiting family ) He walked me thru a very simple thing to get my clock back up ant ticking !
