He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I've been going to Lily and Cindy for 15 years now and have been very satisfied with all services. Cindy usually does my nails and Lily does my lash extensions. I get compliments everywhere I go all the time. Their prices are very affordable and they always do a great job.
