This is Dustin from Plug n Play I want to respond to VioletW, her laptop was diagnosed as a damaged motherboard. She had taken it to 2 other shops. I showed her damage caused by a previous repair attempt. She decided not to repair it. 2.5 hours of disassembly, diagnostic and reassembly and only charged for 1 hour as I felt bad for her situation. The accusation of scratching the screen is untrue. I am disappointed that she tries to sabotage my business for something not in my control. Read more

We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well.
