I just recently picked my dog up from his first stay at Diamond in the Ruff Pet Retreat in Guelph. He came home happy, well fed and sleepy from playing outside. The kennel is on private property with the kennel owners on site all the time. The kennel is designed with a large outdoor wooded area for walks and off leash runs, one indoor playroom and a few outdoor play yards. When I asked to look around the kennel, the girl at the front desk was more than willing to show me every room and area within the kennel. All rooms were clean and nicely air conditioned, and all dogs seemed comfortable and happy. The packages they offer are also a great way to break up the dog's day so that he can have time outside and does not have to be in his kennel all day. I would recommend this kennel for every dog and for all lengths of stay, especially for long trips. I will most certainly be bringing my dog back to Diamond in the Ruff during my next vacation.

Max is our Dog & of course we believed that no one can take care of our baby like us until we found Coldstream Country Side Kennels. We would never go any where overnight because we didn't want to leave Max somewhere we didn't know how he would be treated. We have taken Max to Coldstream Country Side Kennels 3x this summer & this is the ONLY place we would take him. We drive over 1/2 hr just to take him there. They are a young couple on a farm who are very friendly, the facilities are incredibly clean, he always comes home clean (bathed) and we know that he is taken care of as if he is their own. THAT SAYS IT ALL RIGHT THERE...he gets taken for the odd walk, let out to play with other dogs which is huge for us as Max is an only child (dog). They provide EXCELLENT service and we would suggest Coldstream Country Side Kennels to anyone.

I have used their services a few times over the last several years and have been pleased with the facility and care provided to my pets.Over the last year my job has changed significantly and I have been required to travel more and often have to leave on short notice. I was comforted in accepting this change knowing that Club Bekkers is always able and willing to accomodate our needs. I know that my guys are well taken care of and have a safe, healthy environment to enjoy. The facility is large and clean and my experience has always been positive. My dog always has a great time at day care, and I love that they respect her skittish nature around lots of big dogs and keep her with the smaller ones.
