I had the worst and greatest day yesterday. It started terribly when trying to upgrade my Iphone with Virgin Mobile, not only was I sent to three different Kiosks but they didn't have anything i stock. When I asked for options they simply said I would have to wait and place an order. Well a friend of mine suggested this apple store and never have I had such a great customer experience.
