Dr Ward is amazing! He is always on top of his patient's specific needs. The experience with him is almost pain free. After going to several dentists that did not really convince me, I found him and I been his patient for 8 years. I totally trust him. They are very honest and dependable.

Kindest Dr ever! He was exremely helpfull and stayed on top of trying to get my situation fixed.He been thorogh and got me appointments to see specialists which didn;t help. I changed 3 dentists before found Dr. Lo (wasn't satisfied with their service). It might be strange to hear, but I look forward to each visit to this dental office - ot's how pleasant it is. Stuff is very friendly and doctors are very gentle and professional - they explain you everything that need to be done, don't push any services; do really great job - I go there more than 15 years already and only now something needs to be redone (with previous dentists I had fillings lost in a year).

Just want to say that Dr. Kwong has done an outstanding job with my dental work. I live in Richmond BC and have gone to several dentists, but the crown and implant surgery Tony did for me was amazing - virtually painless, professional, and it all looks and feels great. (I can bite and chew better than ever).
Parking costs if you park at the back, but there is no charge if you take one of the two spots directly in front of the office. The staff are so nice as well.
