Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. I have been going to Dr Carkner for over 30 years. He has all the qualities of a doctor one would ask for. He is caring, knows his academic medicine, is very patient with his patient's concerns and speaks very clearly. The office areas are very clean. Over the years I have found the office staff also very caring. While many of my friends find it difficult to see their doctor in person, Dr Carkner is available by phone and in person; it is a patient's choice.
