We came in by ferry from vancouver. had to take a cab to airport which is costly. but no other car rental offices were open after 5pm downtown. because i am under 25 was asked for proof of insurance by lady from bugdet. why would i carry my insurance in my pocket. hertz was nice enough to help us out and got a better price. see curt at hertz for a good deal

The manager was welcoming and very helpful too. A great venue for weddings and events, but also perfect for our quiet vacation rental. The tranquil country location is within easy driving distance of many tourist attractions in Sooke and Victoria, BC. VillaMay is very highly recommended. We loved it!

We are dealing with a vehicle right off accident with Icbc not our fault and Harry at Hertz was very helpful understanding compassionate and real to deal with. We dealt with the one Icbc recommended to bill directly on the corner of bay and government and they never kept their promises. The manager was terrible to deal with and the staff appeared robotic. They were awful. I recommend Hertz.
