A friend and I stumbled upon this place one night as we were driving around and even though we came in close to closing time the pleasant man behind the counter was still very happy to serve us. When we left we had forgotten our eggrolls and he even ran outside after us in the snow to bring them to us. Excellent customer service. I will definitely return to this place. Read more

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2013 and had to get 3 quotes for my insurance company for a CPAP machine. Horizon Aire is the company I went with based on their prompt service and knowledgeable support staff. Then, last month my CPAP machine stopped working correctly and was past its 3 year warranty. Horizon Aire contacted the manufacturer to push for a new replacement machine which I received the next day. These folks really do know what excellent customer service is all about! Read more
