Mr. Bedard sent a young, able technician the very next day after my phone call. The young man quickly assessed the situation --- a completely plugged kitchen sink with a leaky pipe underneath --- and proceeded to make the requisite not-so-simple repairs in the kitchen and basement. The guys working here are very honest. It's a refreshing change from what I'm used to - previously needing to do my research so I don't get taken advantage of at other repair shops. I have had such positive experiences with my vehicles - & was reasonably charged - that I've recommended their shop to neighbours and friends. I call at 9-am, got prices right away, then by email confirmation within 10 minutes, went down to meet their graphic designer, finished the whole promotion design within 2 hours, left with 100 fresh posters, and and came back the next day to pick up 10,000, bur deiced to have them taking care of the distribution. 5 days later, phone started to ring!! I used to spend big dollars and waste 4 weeks and come and go, but this the only solution for organized, smart and busy people.

Fortunately though, Aleksandra was able to fix the mistakes of the other permanent makeup technician. I highly recommend going to her! Don't make the same mistake as me. First visit, needed a battery replaced immediately. They had it there within 5 minutes of my arrival, tested the old one no charge, installed the new one and had me on my way really quickly. The bill was a lot less than I thought it was going to be on the labor end, usually where one is gouged lol, which was a delightful surprise. The shop is clean, there is a Keurig coffee machine, the people are pleasant and helpful, and I highly recommend this place. They are now our family mechanic.
