Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I also previously spoke to Medha and Sherri by phone in the sales dept. and they were also very helpful and genuinely nice! I would definitely shop at this store again. Read more

Had Excalibur over to repair my dishwasher and fix some trim on my stove since he was over anyway. He was able to come over right away which was nice. He ended up having to order some parts and had to come back to complete the job but everything went well. I would recommend them to anyone in the Cobble Hill/Mill Bay area needing appliance repairs. The amount of food offered I would say good for a light dinner meal, but you can always add on. We were here at the last hour of closing and was not that hungry so this was perfect.
