She gets every hair (seriously, she is like a waxing wizard) and she always makes sure I am comfortable...given the circumstances ;) I had to use 2 other estheticians recently because of scheduling conflicts, and they simply do not compare. I have been going to La Jolie since they were at the St Paul St location. The office setting is extremely professional. Jacquie is a perfectionist. She is not happy until your procedure is perfect. All costs associated with your procedure are fully and clearly explained up front. All after care procedures are clearly explained before you leave the office.
