No problems with using ACE in an emergency situation. The main water supply sprung a leak and as a result the whole house water had to be shut off. They sent someone within an hour of my evening call and he (Tyson) was very friendly and efficient, The next morning he showed up with the necessary part first thing in the morning and we had water back before 8am. I am impressed!

This was my first service on my BMW GS at Kelowna Powersports. The service experience was excellent. You drive the bike inside and they are all very attentive and caring, making you feel you are important. Better than some shops I’ve experienced.
The estimate was provided well ahead of time and they were done in the time they stated. They even washed my bike!! Now that’s service!!
I’ll be back again for sure and would highly recommend this professional team.

I was referred to Jeff to have a flipper made in preparation for a front tooth implant. He accommodated me with prompt 1 day service and resulted in a great fitting flipper that is now part of my smile for 6 months, or until I get permanent replacement. Our Basset Hound spent a lot of time soaking up the tree sap camping on the August Long Weekend. It was desperate time for a bath (and a nail clipping). I tried my best to clean him up but wasn't successful. Dropped him off at Bone Appetit and problem solved. They got rid of all the sap accept a little on the lip. The groomer is a former vet assistant and really took good care of our boy. Great staff and very friendly.
