I became a member of RSF January 2014. The ownership had just changed. At that time the place was not that well kept. The new owner has completely changed things around: New equipment, repainting, saunas cleaned and refinished. They have done a great job. Love going there now. Just keeps getting better. Great customer service. Excellent work. I took my car in for detailing and was very satisfied with the quality of work. The detailer cleaned every corner of the vehicle. When I picked up it was showroom condition. There service is above 5 star more like 10/10. Reasonably priced and quality of work is unbelievable. I have taken my car to detailing shops in my area and never got good professional care or quality. Highly recommend my drive from Surrey to Richmond was so worth it.
