After having been abandoned by the dentist I first went to in Victoria, I happened upon Dr Serink and her team. I called on a Monday morning and they were able to book me in for an appointment the following morning. I subsequently had work done in a kind and professional manner, alleviating my concerns and being grateful for finding a dental office that put my fears to rest. My GP Dr. Marshall spent the time to review my concerns and had me undergo many lab tests in order to rule out possible issues. One of the last revealed a problem that necessitated an MRI which confirmed my ailment.
From the first appointment to surgery took less than three months.
The receptionist have always been professional and have treated me with respect. One saw me walking past the office to let me know of they had rushed a special appointment for me. She also had reassuring words for me.

I find Dr. Noel to be one of the best for treating ear and hearing problems. He is sympathetic and very understanding of the frustrations a very hard of hearing person is experiences. His office staff are very helpful and willing to adjust for clients, especially those who come from other areas. I would personally recommend him for his openness to listening and explaining the why questions patients ask of him.
