Today, March 20, 2014, this Resturant gave me great service and helped me out with an unusual order. I called them from White Rock BC at 07:50 and asked if there was any possible way they could get Tim Bits (the sour cream ones are my favorite) to my buddy who for the past two weeks, has been house bound following serious surgery. Twenty minutes later my buddy texts me a picture of him and his dog chowing down on TimBits. AWSOME! Way to go guys to the crew at 855 Mulock Dr. You helped me put a smile on my friends face and to help pay it back I stopped at my local Timmy's and took the same order into work and told the story. I purchased a mattress on sale at this location and I absolutely cannot fault any aspect of the whole transaction, beginning and ending with the salesperson, Patience. She went out of her way including on her days off to assist us and follow up the purchase, and the whole organization seems to be well-run in terms of how sales are handled and followed up.
