I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. Excellent service at the pharmacy with superior communications with your prescriptions. All staff is friendly and extremely helpful in every way. If there are negative reviews about this place, then it is obviously because of your attitude.
