I needed to replace the carpet.
I went to United flooring to see what they could offer ( Quality/Price )
I went there twice. I live about 45 KM from Courtenay.
While I was looked after somewhat as a customer I did not feel at home being there.
So I went to End of the roll and guess what I felt right at home there.
I bought what I needed and after some explanation by the employee I decided to add the kitchen to be done with the same material.

I didn’t buy glasses at the optical centre at Superstore yet the person at the counter was kind enough to tighten up a screw that was loose on my frame and even tightened up the arms. My glasses are just like new. I will go back there to buy my next pair. AMO

awesome bunch of people - friendly and helpful - they replaced a broken section on a fly rod for me - 9 YEARS after the warranty had expired - i paid a whopping $10 for shipping - as opposed to the $75 I had to pay to have fly rod repaired under a life time warranty at another store (yes i am klutz - or at least the people around are) - guess where i do my business and where i do not
