Dale is very knowledgeable about boats, and that includes being qualified to inspect the engines. Most surveyors won't even look at the mechanical aspects, which is ridiculous. My sister Joanne and I went to pick blueberries thinking we would be squatting and sweating up a storm and batting off the bugs but on the contrary….the blueberry bushes were off the ground at eye level and bursting with ripe berries much like you might find in a grapevine orchard. We had the pleasure to meet the original owner’s son Theo and his wife who weighed our bounty of berries.
