Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to. I am a security guard working for Paladin security..we had a contract for B.C. Hydro for security 52 klm south of merrit..I had a severe blow out of my Tyre in a isolated location in the deep woods..I had a tow to Merrit 5 hrs later, went to Kal tire where they were indifferent and very snoty and rude..I went across the road to Fountain Tire and they were so friendly, professional and immediately looked after me and my vehicle..I'm so thankful and so happy with all the staff at Fountain tire !!
