WOW, nothing but WOW, even after 20 years of being this vet hospital client, and knowing Dr Higgins for so long; I am still amazed and wowed by their service! Today, my 13 years old baby, Nina, was having seizures, and when I took her to Dr Higgins (after calling in around 1:00 pm, they took her right in), not only they took care of her immediately, Dr Higgins called me, suggesting that he will take her home tonight, to monitor her :) Great, great place!

Cat and the other girls are FANTASTIC!!! Nitro can't wait to get out of the car to go and see them. I find the staff and owner so personable and friendly. I know when I drop Nitro off he will be well taken care of. He also gets grooming from here and Cat is patient and always makes my fur baby look so handsome. Wow. I have found that the Leduc location is absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I had my sunroof explode on me and the next day they got the roof and replaced it within hours. I then proceeded to have the truck windshield fix and another hour passed and done. Fantastic service. Great price and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Love these guys.
