I had what I thought was a plumbing emergency. I called Steve the owner and a young man was at my door in less than 20 minutes during this pandemic. He did what needed to be done and I was an extremely happy customer in less than an hour. This was not my first time using Steve Co. I was diagnosed with temporomandibular disorders earlier this year, which developed unbearable pains to me, feeling like a bullet shot into my head. I went to hospital but it seems no such an efficient way to treat this kind of disease. Before seeing Dr. Ding, I had been taking medicine and painkillers for 3 months, so that I could eat without pain. But the disorders were still there, or even progressively worsen. In hopes of solving the problem permanently, I decided to see an acupuncturist. I have to say Dr. Ding was like a miracle to me! Her acupuncture therapies completely cure my disease. Now I am totally back to normal, and I am so grateful to her.

I was there to pick up some Coke Zero but non was on display. I asked Laura who was stocking the cheese freezer and not only did she go in the back and get me one but when I said I would like 6 she went and dug them out of a skid. They were on the bottom so she had to move a large number of others that were on top. Now that is going the extra mile and she deserves a big Thank You from me and a gold star from Scott.
