I visited the Mercedes salon for the first time for a colour and cut. My hair has not looked this good for years. Had so many comments saying how fantastic it looks. I have been going to this salon for over a year and Grace has given me consistent and excellent results every time. I wanted platinum blonde hair and she is the best in the city. I have had bad experiences in the past with numerous 'colourists" but Grace has never let me down. She's the best. Highly recommend her. She is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had, bar none and I’m never disappointed. Service is absolutely amazing here. I went in to dye my hair. After applying the chemicals yin asked me to sit in the message chair which was so relaxing I could sit in it all day. When it was time to take off the foil she blow dryed and styled my hair perfectly. Definitely coming back the next time I need to dye my hair.

I got a really nice guy by the name of david to talk to me about my hair. He was really nice and helpful, asking me many questions about what I do on a daily basis, if I blowdry or flat iron, we went pretty indepth with the consultation. So i was confident I found the person to do my hair. I booked with him the following week, and I have never been so happy for doing so, I have never had such a great cut and the colors he choose was amazing with my skin tone. everyone has loved the bangs on me and I am glade to have found this great place.
