I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. I am SO happy that Tim Hortons came to Oakbank. Now I can feed my coffee addiction 3 times a day! I rated their service "good" as it has gotten A LOT better from when it first opened four months ago, and continues to get quicker service times. The store front still needs a little work, but it has improved and looks like it will just continue to. The owners are always there, and are really friendly and accommodating. Thanks Tim Hortons!
