Of course, it goes without saying that the hamburgers are second to none, and there's chicken and fish if you are that way inclined, but the lesser known salads are the best value in town, especially the Mandarin Chicken salad which, at $6.99, can not be beaten anywhere ... in my opinion. I love this place! Whenever I am near the market and I am in the mood for a quick lunch I go here. You pick your container of lettuce and then pile on whatever veggies/cheese/protein you like. (The deal is 3 veggies/1 cheese/1 protein). And add sunflower seeds or croutons and dressing of your choice. I love it cuz I can customize the salad to what I want and not a set combination. My usual is romaine w/broccoli, celery, carrot, avocado, feta, and chicken with oil and vinegar dressing. The veggies are always fresh and the people working there are always friendly. My husband and I snuck in before a Knight's game and were able to get a table right away even though it was packed. The singing mushrooms were incredible and I'd go back just for them. The service was great. Our waiter was very pleasant to talk to and he was quick bringing our order out. Read more
