I went here on a referral from a friend, and my experience was 5 star. There was a hole in my exhaust, and being honest with me he didn't try to rip me by replacing entire sections and pipes. I just wanted to thank the helpful staff at Superior Transmission for all their help. Like most other skeptical and hesitant car owners I have been given the run around by most shops. A friend recommended Superior for a minor repair he had done, and needing more major repairs I decided to stop by. I was given an exact break down of what needed to be done. Furthermore, they gave me options that I had no idea because other shops were constantly trying to upsale me. These guys are a young group looking to establish a solid reputation in the area. I have already had both my cars come through there and my neighbours car is there now. I highly recommend these guys and at the very least stop by and ask their opinion. On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away. Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited. Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business. Read more
