We are very thankful to Josh who promptly called us back when we left a message with Chilliwack appliance to repair our dishwasher. He was honest about the cost to come out to Hope for a repair job. We took a picture of the problem and sent it to him - while on the phone, he walked us through a possible solution and the leak stopped. We were so happy for his expert knowledge, honesty and good advice! We will definitely use him again to repair our appliances and recommend him to everyone!

Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. We bought an rv from them. The delamination that was on it, they fixed as part of the price. They through a few extras in at no extra cost. Plus we got the rv for a really good deal. Found the same one on a US site for $2000.00 more and that’s American. I will NEVER go anywhere else for an rv or service. This is The kind of service you dream of and never find.
