Knowledgeable owner and extremely caring to the aquatic animals. Also, the owner is very giving of his time to the clients, which is great! This is very exciting for the pet store retailers to have a new saltwater WHOLESALER in town. He also provides deliveries to different regions/provinces. Also, he is happy to have the client come in to pick out their own orders and will pack them up immediately or provide delivery, whichever is convenient for the client.

I had both my front ball joints done, a wheel bearing fixed, brakes and had two new tires put on...Unbelievable job and the price was unbeatable. Now I know why my friend recommended this place to me. I'll never go anywhere else again. Once you've had auto repair work done at Beaver Auto you'll see why I took the time to write this review. (I didn't rate convenience at 5 stars because I live in Orleans and they are in the St. Laurent area, but it was well worth the 10-15 minute minute drive)

This has been the best experience I've ever had as a customer - no exaggeration. I began shopping for a mattress about a month ago; it was a total fluke that I stopped in to Sleep Country on Innes Road in Ottawa (I just happened to be driving by, and thought I'd stop in). The first salesperson I dealt with was Silvester. He was incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store. I was still in 'browsing mode' and so I didn't purchase anything on that day. I went back into the store a week later and put a deposit on a mattress. The salesman I dealt with was Rick, a salt-of-the-earth guy who also really knows his stuff about spine & neck alignment, sleep patterns, etc. What impressed me most was when I walked back into the store, a full two weeks later, to pay off the mattress - Rick greeted me by my first name! I was pretty surprised; you just don't get that kind of service any more these days. The special treatment continued on delivery day - the delivery guys were very professional; I appreciated that they wore 'booties' in my home to avoid mucking up the floors. They noticed that the plastic wrapping on the mattress had gotten a grease stain on it inside the truck and so they removed it outside to ensure that my walls didn't get grease wiped on them. The icing on the cake was when we discovered the queen-sized box spring would not fit in my stairwell: the delivery guys had a split box spring waiting "just in case" on the truck, but had to call over to the store to see how much extra I would have to pay (split box springs are more expensive). The store waived the price difference! What a fantastic experience, from beginning to end. And the mattress is terrific - I enjoyed a great sleep last night. Thanks Sleep Country (Silvester and Rick) - I will definitely recommend this store to everyone I know!
