At the beginning of the 20th century Joseph Jr's grandfather Charles (Charlie) McDonald embraced the available technologies of the time to lift homes and excavate basements for them while at the same time learning the aspects of moving houses & buildings from one location to another without damaging the structures. We are a family owned incorporated business that has operated out of Sackville NB for the last 60 years. Beale and Inch Construction was founded in 1949 by Herbert Beale and Charles Inch with a desire to provide the local community with a needed service. Upon their retirement the business continued on with Herberts son Alexander Beale, and his wife Frances.
