Can't recommend this company and Lou and Kevin highly enough! I had a vehicle mishap today that required 2 tow trucks and a technical recovery. It was a rural area and where I went off was difficult to locate. Lou and Kevin went well above and beyond and preserved to find me and my vehicle (including walking down a very long steep gravel road to try to see if that was were I was located, as well as checking back n'forth along the main road when they couldn't find me). I own a 2010 VW Jetta with a DSG transmission. It inadvertently kept changing into neutral while driving. The VW dealer said the entire DSG transmission needed replacing at a price of $7500.oo from Germany. I asked for a quote on a secondhand DSG transmission and was met with the question, Why would you inherit someone else problem? Tom and Cam figured it out and a mechatronic unit was replaced. Tom was able to recode without exclusive VW proprietorship. Cost lower than quoted. Great service. Read more

Our Basset Hound spent a lot of time soaking up the tree sap camping on the August Long Weekend. It was desperate time for a bath (and a nail clipping). I tried my best to clean him up but wasn't successful. Dropped him off at Bone Appetit and problem solved. They got rid of all the sap accept a little on the lip. We were in to buy a snowboard, boots and bindings for the upcoming season and they really took the time with my son. He had saved up for half of the purchase and they were very cognizant of this, but also made sure that he received the best for his budget.
