Love this place. Service and staff are friendly and always smiling.
I often take my nieces who are 5 and 8 years old. The ladies fuss over them and ask about the girls if I show up to an appointment without them. These two little princesses are extremely well behaved and polite and appreciate the pampering. When I bring them they have the CUTEST butterfly chair that is made JUST for little girls, I recommend everyone to come here with their kids, if not just come alone its GREAT !
I never hesitate to recommend Magical Nails to family and friends. Out of town family and friends will call and book an appointment while visiting especially if they are headed somewhere with beach and sand.
Everything is clean and sanitary, the prices are so reasonable I go more often than I probably need to.

I discovered that vinyl blinds in my home were constructed in this store in 1997 (before my ownership of my home). In need of a replacement blind and an adjustment to an existing blind, I was pleased to find a solution for this renovation project at this store. Parm and Kaitlyn went beyond the call of duty to serve me creating and adjusting my blinds. The salon itself is pretty much like every other nail place and reception is hit or miss. If there is no one at the desk, they will look up from doing nals and are not particularly polite.
The stand out in this place is Tony. He is such an expert in manicures that I come from the other side of Surrey just for him. He's a real professional and knows exactly what he's doing. Manicures from him can last a month.
No upselling that I've ever seen here either.
