I ordered online # of catfood & other cat items for home delivery as I am unable to drive. When I recd the box of items, it was missing 1 of 4 mega pack of dentabites. I called the Regent store as that is where delivery items are pkgd & sent out & spoke to the Mgr.To resolve he arranged to have the missing pack plus 1 more delivered to me even though I live on the other side of the city. which far exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately I did not get his name. Excellent service.

I was at wheat city towing recently an there service was amazing. The manager Kevin i think went out l his way to make sure I was happy. We were travelling from Regina to Winnipeg on a Friday afternoon for a tournament Saturday when our vehicle broke down outside Brandon. The mechanics, and the owner himeself, stayed until after midnight to help us make it to Winnipeg. They were lifesavers, saving us from missing the tournament. Amazing service, amazingly friendly. Food is edible at best. They are located on base and they charge for delivery, on that very small base. We ordered pizza (terrible pizza) and the person we spoke to was very rude. We were told the delivery person was busy and we would have to wait 3 hours for delivery. We offered to pick it up (this is a very small base pick up was easy) and we were greeted by one of the rudest women I may ever have encountered. The food is overpriced, and not great. And the servicer we felt with was offensive.
