I have been practicing and teaching in Calgary for the last few years and have been so happy to find Soul Hot Yoga as it is so close to home in South Calgary (McKenzie). Aside from the gorgeous decor, imppecable cleanliness, cooling face cloths after class and welcoming front desk staff, the CLASSES are awesome! Every class is different and wherever you are in life, you can find a class suited to your level/preference all in one day.
