I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea about 4 years ago. Dr. Alonso and the sleep techs have been very helpful and I am happy to say that my sleep has greatly improved and it's much easier to wake up in the morning. No more feeling sleepy in the afternoon :-) Initially, CPAP was hard but I got used to the therapy with the help of everyone at the clinic.

Jen, the receptionist, was very friendly and patient in answering all my questions. Dr. Jay greeted me wearing a mask and rubber gloves, a requirement for medical personnel to prevent cross-contamination between doctors and patients. I suffer from bad migraines (enough to contemplate moving away from Calgary “Chinook Migraines”. With all the articles lately of issues with ibuprofen & acetaminophen that it scares me to take them. I decided to try Acupuncture & was able to get in with Dr. Kohlman. It was amazing. Combined that with their Chinese Herbs Head Relief & it definitely helps! I’ve also started with her consultations for health and dealing with things as I can, and have been noticing a huge difference!
