    I have been going to FBBC for over 3 years. I was debating on renewing my membership this past fall due to high turnover in trainers and a lot of repetitive work-outs. It just was not fun any more. Since Shaun and Michael took over, the atmosphere has improved dramatically!! Motivation and intensity are back! Sherri is delightful on the front desk, and sooo glad Jen is back as trainer! Love the flexibility of working out at any of their locations. Highly recommend FBBC, South is the BEST!!

    Love this place -...

    Love this place - been going for 3 weeks on a groupon and cant wait to keep going. Trainers are awesome and the workouts are fantastic. Offer plenty of options for class times as well. Great place to get fit!
