Employees are lazy and rude. One was sleeping in a customer chair. I will never return after the treatment I received. Incredible lack of effort and respect. How do they even stay in business.

Worse eyebrow waxing experience of my life. I have naturally thick eyebrow and asked for a ‘clean up’ and she completely ruined my eyebrows. They were not symmetrical at all. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I just got my nails done today and My nail extensions are crooked. I had acrylics with fake nail tips. My experience was really bad. Would not go back there again.

I would give this a ZERO star if I could but you have to give a minimum of 1 star. This is a HORRIBLE place to go to. When I wanted to use an OPI nail polish I was told the brand was an OPI but it didn't look like one. Not even 12 hours later a few nails started to chip off. I went back and asked for a REAL OPI brand name as I picked one out but was told I had to pay the FULL cost again for a new manicure instead of them fixing their mistake. Wow!! I will never go here again!!

LADIES PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT OLIVER SQUARE BINH'S NAILS! Poor customer service from "Yvonne" Had shellac mani-pedi done here, less than 1 week ago and spent $100. Shellac on 4 fingers peeled and I went back to have them fixed.. within 2 days re-peeled/flaked again. They look terrible! Asked for a refund or alternate service for the hassle of having to return TWICE for touch up of shellac - a basic and standard service, Yvonne on the phone proceeded to tell me to "Call back I am busy right now. No refunds. I can't help you right now." Worst customer service I have ever experienced for a nail salon ever. I get mine done every 3-4 weeks. Find an alternate nail salon and please do NOT spend your hard earned money here!

I thought i would give this place a try since i have a different nail salon that i always go to. All i wanted was a fill, the nail tech insisted to take off all my gel that i already had on. Long story short.... I was in here for over 3 hours. Took way too long!!! And she did not seem experienced. And for the quality i got defiently not worth the price! Wont be returning.

I've been doing my nails (and toes) at Binh's Nails at Oliver Square ever since they opened a little over a year ago. Staff is friendly, prices are fair. I always book Helen for my nails. She is really meticulous and very creative and does all sorts of design, including freehand nail art. She always makes sure that I am happy before I leave. I will recommend this place to anybody!
