    Phoned to say item was in... went to pick up and item WAS NOT IN!!! Supposed to phone to set up delivery time...DID NOT!!!! Just dropped off at front door... luckily I had just returned home.

    While shopping at The Brick we received great service. The staff was so knowledgable on all the products and their delivery staff was fantastic too!!

    Wonderful place to shop

    I just had to write to tell everyone what wonderful service we received while shopping at The Brick. The staff was so kind and helpful. We a problem with one of our many furniture piece and management was so fast and efficient to correct the problem. I would recommend The Brick to anyone for their furniture needs.

    Don't believe a word they say!

    We got a very kind salesman who talked us into buying a bed that was over our budget. The mattress broke a couple months later, we got a new one. Still a couple months later it has broken again! My husband has called them three times, leaving messages and giving them a good amount of time to call back, still haven't heard from them. We are now dealing with the head office and I am publishing the story to prevent others from buying from the Brick. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!
