Finally found my new hair stylist!

I recently made an appointment for the first time, at fuziontek, with Eric...Who also happens to be the owner. I was having highlights cut and style for New Years and wanted to look my BEST for the special event I was attending..... I was impressed with this place from the moment I walked in. I was immeidatly offered a hot tea or latte, and Eric was not only friendly but I trusted his skills as a stylist. The color was PERFECT and my cut and style looked great also. I will definitely be going back to fuziontek to see Eric again.

If You Value Your Money & Your Hair DON'T Go Here!

THIS PLACE DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS!!! The first time I went they messed up my hair too but I went back and they were happy to fix it for me which is why I was willing to give them a second chance. The second time, I asked for something dramatic, both in cut and color. I brought in pictures so they knew exactly what I wanted. I was very clear on what it was and I'd had the cut before. It was a HOT MESS. When I first left it was concealed very well but when I got home and took a closer look, I saw the truth. The cut was absolutely butchered, not only not looking anything like the pictures I had brought in but the stylist had also done something I had specifically asked to NOT happen. The color itself was correct but the execution was not. I had color left on my scalp around my hairline and the extremely expensive foils were hidden or cut right out and my roots were showing and very apparent. The color was the most expensive part of the whole process and I could have done a better job by myself at home with drugstore dye. When I called and went in the very next day, almost in tears, they were very sympathetic and offered to fix the color, although there was nothing they could do about the cut; it really was ruined. I told them I didn't trust them and would find someone else and they just let me walk out, completely upset. I went back in, demanding the refund I was owed and spoke with the owner. He told me they had a very strict policy they stood by, which is that they did not offer refunds. Eventually I did get him to refund the cut which couldn't be fixed but it was still only 17% of a very expensive bill, and I still looked awful. For what I paid, I expected to get the service and experience of a top salon and I did not get it. Trust me, they will offer you a good deal to get you in the door but chance are very good you'll walk back out regretting it.
