Great selection of gemstone and diamond jewellery… and mostly custom made. Great service.

I typically dont review but after our experience I felt I had to. We had a ring designed from purchased jewellery and family pieces - it took forever to complete and the first day it was worn a diamond fell out - this happened an additional 6-7 times (lost count) - ring was redone and another diamond fell out. Was devastated. When we approached them they called us liars and said none of that happened. Took to 3 other jewellers who said the ring was garbage - again called a liar. Very sad.

Review of Natalia Jewellers I typically do not write reviews but am compelled to do so after dealing with Corey at Natalia Jewellers. ✓ I took a ring in for sizing and he suggested two options, I called him after a week with my decision which was the second more complicated and more expensive option. He then changed his tune and said it was too much work and he Didn’t want to do it ....... He was very immature and winey.... I picked up my ring and went to an actual professional jeweller .

I would recommend this jeweller to anyone who needs anything done from a simple watch sizing to fixing of their jewelry. I have has nothing less than kind courteous talks. They took extra time and paid extra attention to myself and my child. They made me feel very welcomed and cared about. After one meeting they remembered mine and my babies name and greet me on a personal level eveytime I go there. There are fair and do beautiful work.

would not recommend anyone to go here.family owned.they do not care about your jewelry or customers. they are so rude and negative to new customers. i would suggest going somewhere else except this place.
