The shop just recently was taken over by new owners about an month ago, and I’ve never seen a shop so uncoordinated and clueless as to what they are doing. Awful management. Very understaffed as there are few that can tolerate the new ownership. Save your money and go to just about any other automotive shop and you will be satisfied.

I just purchased my 2013 Mercedes from Onyx and had the best experience. Not only was I helped in the best non-pushy sales manner, but also got amazing finance options from the finance manager. I am extremely happy with all they have done for me and my family, will definitely refer family and friends.

There were nice enough to fit me in on short notice and drive me to work after my truck was dropped off. Great customer service. I asked to put synthetic gear oil in my dif, but I was told they would only put what the manufacturer recommends. I later found out when I did the other side the drainage bolt totally rusted/seized and they had in fact not drained the diff oil at all, it looked like the bolt had not been out for a decade and the fluid was manky and brown sludge. Clearly was not changed
