I have ordered on Mar 6 for flower and delivery on Mother's day Mar 9 (3 days ahead). However I did not receive it until 22:45 PM when everyone went on bed and quit waiting for the flowers. I have tried both live chat and call center but has no answer.
Contacted this morning and was informed since it was delivered there will be no refund, not even an apology. Your delivery policy is " Regular Delivery (Next Day) $14.99 Orders will be delivered between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. for residential addresses
Absolutely horrible experience with both my orders. They arrived a day late after Mothers Day and were DEAD and rotten? Wont be ordering from these people ever again.
Ordering from Bloomex was easy. I was able to do two orders with no issues and its easy to check on the status and details of orders on your account. Email confirmations are also very prompt.

This is a honest review of our recent experience with bloomex.ca.
Not only did they fail to deliver the bouquet of flowers on the confirmed day but they also delivered flowers that were rotten, limp, and dead. The enclosed card was also damaged and dirty. We have posted a photo of the flowers received on this review site so that potential customers could see just how poorly bloomex.ca fulfills their customer’s orders.
Not overly impressed at the crazy xtra charges for delivery. I cannot see my mom for mother’s day due to covid 19 and the outlandish delivery fees that are being charged makes me want to just drop the flowers off my self. Will think twice before ordering flowers.

I ordered flowers to surprise my girlfriend while I was away on a business trip to Ottawa. I found the site bloomex.ca on YP. Ordering was easy, I had some reservations about ordering flowers online, I was hoping to get some decent roses.
I was on facetime with my girlfriend when the doorbell rang. It was the delivery man from Bloomex. She reappeared in front of her computer, when i saw the look on her face and those fantastic roses i was blow away completely!!
Those were the most beautiful roses I had ever seen, thanks Bloomex. I recommend 1000%
