Portions were well sized and the service was professional. Would definitely recommend a visit when in Collingwood. It is a little tricky to find but worth the effort.
We were looking forward to visiting the (then) currently ranked #2 restaurant on restaurantica - but found the experience very mediocre.
Tables jammed close together (maybe due to some remodeling taking place) - the bruschetta tasted like it had pre-chopped garlic from a jar (that bitter taste) - crust on the pizza was a bland whitebread variety.
We went for lunch so it wasn't as expensive as the dinner menu - but it still wasn't cheap.
Nice atmosphere in the evening, cozy and small. Our service was okay. I asked for butter for my bread 4 times and never did get butter, and I found our server to be kinda snobby and unfriendly. The food was excellent.
