It was ok. The prices are a bit high but if you're eating in, the atomosphere makes up for it. I found my curry to be a bit too salty.

Best Thai Food Around!

I very conveniently live down the street from Lemon Grass, and as such find myself getting takeout from there frequently, and if I have the time I do like going in to sit for a meal. The food is always hot and fresh, and absolutely delicious. As a student, I appreciate that their costs of meals are really affordable, considering that there are almsot always left overs due to their generous portions. My absolute favourite is the spicy pad thai. It is sweet and spicy and has lots of chicken and shrimp, as well as bell peppers and onions and carrots. Absolutely delicious. All of their crispy chicken and duck dishes are delicious, they have a range of sauces that they prepare for whatever mood you are in. As far as appetizers go, they have mouth watering spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce, and fresh salad rolls with their addictive peanut butter sauce. The crispy wontons and mango salad shouldn't be skipped either, which is why I love their appetizer combo platter; 5 different appetizers to share with the table for only 12 bucks! Great value. The line ups can be long on weekends because it is a small space, but it is most definitely worth it. The service is fast and friendly, exactly what you want in a restaurant. They just redid all of the inside and it is a really lovely place to sit and eat dinner. With Lemon Grass, you really can't go wrong!

Great Menu

Been there at least a couple dozen times. The food is consistently great. Always order a few dishes and share with my wife and always leave them clean.

LOVE this place!!

This place is so cute and quaint! I love that it's on the smaller size. You get more out of your experience than you do say from something like kelseys where you're just another tip for them to collect. I frequent Lemon Grass with 2 friends in particular and we can't get enough! The waitresses are AWESOME. They never get our order wrong and I have severe food allergies and have NEVER had a problem!! They are friendly, recommend things when you ask and are very prompt to seat you, take your order and then serve it. No, they don't come around very often once you have your food, but it's a very busy place and i like that they let you eat at your leisure instead of rushing you out so they can get someone else's money. The food is always hot and delicious-even with take out!! I noticed a few negative comments about the "older" clientele. Well, my friends and I are all under 30 so maybe don't judge the clientele based on who was there that one time you went. Both girls that I go with backpacked through Thailand for 4-6 months and they know good Thai food so if they love it, then I have no complaints on the authenticity of it. I say, if you don't like it don't go there. You want something more authentic? Visit the country and get a better understanding of the people and its' culture. At the end of the day, this place is still gonna be up and running and serving great food to those who appreciate it. LOVE IT!

Awsome Food

This restaurant is located in a small strip plaza, but very delicious. My husband and I love to go here. We have come several times with friends as well. It is always busy but the wait times are never more than 20 to 30 minutes. We are planning on taking our dinner club here, as we go somewhere once per month. Waitresses are very attentive and try their best to please you. Occasionally their accent, when speaking, is a little difficult to understand, but they are very willing to repeat their words. They are fine when we linger after our meal and very friendly. The restaurant is quite small, but they have recently renovated. We have occasionally ordered from their take-out menu and have equally enjoyed the food. Their prices are reasonable with the average dish being approximately $10 to $14. When we go with a group of four, we each order one dish and share all the dishes among us. We love the food; it has lots of flavor and vegetables. I definitely would recommend this restaurant and do not understand any negative reviews. We have many other friends who also love to go here.
